Your Exibitor Booth Rental Includes:

• Colored 8' high draped back wall and 3' high draped side rails
• Company and product listing in the official 2012 Show Program Book and on the BIS at THE SPOT website
• An email for you to distribute to your clients, giving you the opportunity to invite them to the BIS show
• Allotment of 4 free booth personnel badges
• Allotment of 5 free booth badges to your clients

  Not Included:

  • Floor covering–booth carpet or other appropriate floor covering is required for all exhibits
  • Our exhibitor services provider (GES) is offering small exhibitor program for 200 net sq.ft. or smaller. The package is $350.00 and includes: 6' draped table in show colors, 9' x 10' carpet, (300) lbs of freight drayage at show site, 2 chairs and wastebasket
    
  • Electricity or electrical services
  • Freight handling labor
    
  • Installation or dismantle labor
  • Lead Retrieval System–which can be rented through our registration vendor (prices start at $250)

Exhibitor Warning! Fair Guide Scam: It has come to our attention that past exhibitors of BIS have received solicitations from the Fair Guide. This is a scam; do not pay! Please refer to PDF memo from our BIASC attorney and sample of solicitation letter.

EXHIBITOR BOOTH CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation request must be submitted via emailed to Denise Kennedy and received by July 31, 2012 will be refunded all payments minus a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total rental fee.
2. Cancellation request must be submitted via emailed to Denise Kennedy and received by September 15, 2012 will be refunded all payments minus a cancellation fee equal to 75% of the total rental fee.
3. No cancellation refunds will be made after September 15, 2012, EVEN IF SPACE IS RESOLD.
